Bulgarian Government appoints Ret. Navy Capt. 1st rank Todor Yotov as Regional Governor of Varna

By a decision of Bulgarian Government a total of 14 new regional governors have just been appointed in the following cities and towns: Blagoevgrad, Veliko Turnovo, Varna, Vratza, Kurdzhali, Kustendil, Lovech, Silistra, Sofia district, Sofia, Turgoviste, Haskovo, Shumen and Yambol.

Among the 14 newly appointed regional governors is the one of Varna - Ret. Navy Capt. 1st rank Todor Yotov. He had graduated from Nikola Vaptzarov Naval Academy in Varna and continued his studies at a later stage in the USA and Germany. Todor Yotov also acted as the Bulgarian Defense Attache in Poland and the Baltic countries Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Up to the present day he had worked in the International and Scientific Section of Nikola Vaptzarov Naval Academy.
