On 1st March 2017 Bulgarian Navy officers and servicemen received awards from the Regional Governors and Varna Mayor. The ceremony was held in Bulgarian Navy HQs in Varna, the biggest Bulgarian port located on the Black Sea. The awards were provided by Mr. Todor Yotov (Regional Governor of Varna District),
Mrs Detelina Nikolova (Regional Governor of Dobritch District) and Mr. Ivan Portnich (Mayor of Varna).
