Today, Ambassador Mustafa was honored to receive an Honorary Diploma from the Rakovski National Defense College. In her speech, she praised the strong leadership of Bulgaria’s military; “The United States wants to see Bulgaria succeed and to continue to lead as a strong, independent, and sovereign nation.
